- Lead the Smarter Lunchrooms No Time to Train workshops “Give Foods Catchy Names” and “Positive Communication Cues” for lunchroom service staff
- Link these workshops to the USDA Professional Standards for School Nutrition Professionals, access the teaching materials and script (online or in book form), and help SFS leaders report the training time for workers (one 15 min. block per workshop).
