Adam Brumberg (Deputy director, Cornell Food and Brand Lab) and Erin Sharp (Curriculum designer, Smarter Lunchrooms Movement National Office) present key discoveries, innovative resources, and engaging anecdotes from the 2018 Smarter Lunchrooms Symposium at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY.
