Molly Brown, Chef Ann Foundation

Molly BrownMolly Brown is a Programs Associate at the Chef Ann Foundation where she is in charge of operating the Salad Bars to Schools program, a healthy school lunch initiative which has placed more than 5,000 salad bars in schools across the country.  Molly believes that all children deserve access to fresh, nutritious meals, and the best way to guarantee such access is by offering healthy school food. Molly earned her bachelor’s degree in Health Care Management from Ithaca College where her studies included public health and child development courses, both of which contributed to her interest in improving school food.
