Pam Koch, Teachers College, Columbia University

Pam KochPam Koch is the Executive Director of the Laurie M. Tisch Center for Food, Education & Policy at the Program in Nutrition, Teachers College, Columbia University. She is dedicated to teaching people about food, gardening, cooking, and how to make our food system more ecologically sustainable. She develops and evaluates curricula and programs that help school children develop healthy eating habits and also teaches graduate students. Outside of work, Pam organizes the rooftop garden at her Manhattan apartment, can often be found shopping at farmer markets, and loves cooking and eating with family and friends.
