Stephanie Esposito, RDN, LD is a Nutrition Specialist for the Food and Child Nutrition Services department of Dallas Independent School District. Previously, Stephanie has held positions in both clinical nutrition, as well as an outpatient counseling in a health and wellness facility. Stephanie’s love for nutrition and passion for education led her to the world of school nutrition in September 2014.
Stephanie’s role with the district encompasses menu planning and many student focused nutrition initiatives. Some of her responsibilities include student product testing and focus groups, integrating Smarter Lunchroom principles into the cafeterias, and working with programs like Farm to School, Alliance for a Healthier Generation, and the Student Health Advisory Council.
Stephanie received a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics in 2011 from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA.
