Erin Sharp, MS, MAT, the Cornell B.E.N. Center’s curriculum designer, introduces the book No Time to Train, A Year of 10-Minute Workshops for Lunchroom Staff. First unveiled at the Smarter Lunchrooms Symposium in May 2015, this valuable resource has been quickly adopted by many schools in the Smarter Lunchrooms Movement as a user-friendly, time-saving training tool for educating and inspiring lunchroom service teams on the Smarter Lunchrooms message, goals, and implementation techniques. Topics include behavioral economics strategies, hands-on implementation, enhancing rapport with students, data collection, and collaborative goal-setting.
